I had this for lunch. It took 10 minutes to make and it was under 100 calories!!!
3 cups fresh spinach
1 entire bulb of garlic( if you don't love garlic leave it out) into thin slices
1 box of Tomato NoOodle meal starter( broth drained and discarded)
1 teaspoon shredded parmesan
salt and pepper to taste
In medium pot on medium heat mix NoOodles, garlic and spinach. Cook for about 10 minutes until garlic is cooked thru. Plate and sprinkle on parmesan cheese.
