Happy Spring! As the comfort food season comes to an end I wanted to share with you one of my favorite comforting ways to use NoOodle."Cheesy NoOodle" is my recipe is a perfect example of why swapping NoOodle for traditional pasta works! My number one rule to keep my health and wellness in my future is to have a balance of carbs/sugars to protien/fats during every meal. Sometimes we have to celebrate, indulge, treat ourselves. I recommend using Grafton vermont chedder cheese & all natural american cheese for best results. If you are gluten free sub the breadcrumbs with ground potato chips.
