This is day one. My picture at day 90 will look better. I have seen measurable results so far and we still have 15 more days to go~
It has been a whirl-wind few weeks for NoOodle. We had a great successful show at the All natural Expo West. We received a commitment from a supermarket chain, Fred Meyers, who are in the pacific northwest. On April 13th we will have our four new products in all 178 Jewel/Osco Stores in the Chicago land area. Look for them in the soup section, Woo Hoo!!! .
How have you guys been doing on the NoOodle Diet? Are you going to win the year supply of NoOodles? I have been true to my word and have stuck to the diet and the rules to live by( most of the time). I have incorporated a cocktail here and there. I have been sticking with tito's vodka ( gluten free) with soda and a splash of grapefruit juice. I have been eating about 5 NoOodle meals per week & sticking to a gluten-free/low glycemic diet. I need to be consistent on drinking the 64 ounces of water per day. I think I have slacked on that rule to live by and I will try to do better going forward.
For me dieting is a lot like being an entreprenuer. Their are so many temptations for us to make a detour on a diet and in our work. It is almost impossible to stay on the road, especially when the road can be so hard.
During my career as a chef/Restauranteur, I met a CEO of the largest retirement community company in the world. He was a restaurant customer at Lincolnshire Gourmet. I remember that I loved when he came in and sat at the bar. I would have his listening for maybe 30-45 minutes, tops. I took advantage of every minute by sharing what was happening in my business with him so he would give me his input/feedback. I would get to listen to his thoughts on business and his great insights on his success and how to attain great success in business as he had.
I saw him the other day for the first time in years. He asked how NoOodle was doing. I caught him up to speed passionately on the exciting things going on with NoOodle. He then said something to me that I will never forget. He said," Terri, this is exactly how success happens. Keep doing what your doing. One day you will wake up and you will have everything you ever dreamed of. Success happens when we work hard and never give up year after year after year."
