NOoodle is made of 97% water & 3% soluble fiber also known as Glucomannan fiber. Glucomannan is a water-soluble dietary fiber. Derived from the roots of the Asian Konjac plant, Glucomannan boasts many health and wellness benefits.

For years the Master Chef was cooking for all his foodie friends in a town outside of NYC. This super bowl I was lucky to be invited  to a party where this Master Chef was co-hosting. The super bowl spread was the best super bowl spread I ever had. They had everything from lobster, blue crab and shrimp cocktail with assorted dipping sauces. A three meat chili that was to die for and some of the best nachos & chicken wings I have ever had. He had given it up to relieve him of a health condition which is now gone thanks to his gluten free diet. I am actually considering going gluten free indefinitely.
