Have you made a U- turn on your health & wellness resolution? I hope your still on the road with me. For fourteen days I have not crossed the lines and certainly I have not turned around. I am looking straight ahead, taking one day at a time.
Did any of you guys watch the Golden Globe awards? Did you happen to notice that almost every woman had the most unbelievable body? How can they ALL look so beautiful and the bodies… OMG! One was better than the next. How can we compare ourselves to them and still feel good about ourselves?
Most of us live a normal life with at least one job, lots of responsibilities and no time to spend on working out 2-3 times a day. I am not saying it is not possible to look that good but just not probable. Tinsel town is not real life. We don’t have personal chefs and life couches and daily trainers to help us look great. Well… maybe some of us but certainly not me. We are the underdogs of looking great because we have only ourselves to help us out. So what did you do today to help yourself look better? Guess what? Today’s fast, fun & healthier NoOodle recipe is:
Caprese NoOodle Salad
1 ounce buffalo mozzerella cheese chopped
1 /4 cup fresh basil chopped
1/2 cup roasted tomatos chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Toss all ingredients together serve and enjoy!
