I was looking at some photos from last year. I came across a picture of a dinner I made that consisted of Cheese burgers with grilled onions, homemade french fries, asparagus, corn on the cob and fresh fruit salad. It was as good as it looks! This year I will make the same combination but I would leave out two things.
I will leave out the whole wheat buns and the corn on the cob. I love french fries so as a treat I can eat them in moderation using yukon gold potatoes instead of white potatoes. Thanks to the trimdownclub.com I learned what the top 5 worst foods for us are.
Corn on the cob and whole wheat buns are two that top their list. I didn't know that last year... What a difference a year makes!
