I just had the best lunch! It was Soooo easy. I took one tetra pac carton of tomato NoOodle risotto soup and placed contents in a small pot on low heat. I added one cup of fresh spinach and 1/4 teaspoon fresh minced garlic. I stirred until the spinach was wilted and soup was nice and hot, approx 3 minutes. I added a dash of salt and pepper. Delish!!! How easy is that? Try it , I know you will love it. It is also vegan friendly.
