I completed day 2 and 3 without cheating, Yeah for me!!! I am so excited because we have several people who have entered the contest by sending me their confidential photos of their backside. I would love to hear from you guys to see how your first few days have gone. I made some fast, fun & healthier NoOodle dishes over the past two days. Here is one of my favorites, yum!
Place drained NoOodles on a hot skillet ( on medium heat) for one minute until excess broth evaporates. Add mushrooms & sauce saute for three minutes. Add carrots and NoOodles mix until hot. Serve sliced chicken on top to make it look pretty. This dish is about 150 calories & fills you up!
I love this diet because I don’t feel like I am on a diet. The reason being is I always feel satiated. I get very cranky when I feel really hungry. When I was in the restaurant business I found it fascinating to watch some of my patrons during lunch time. I would instantly recognize those who were “starving” when they came in. They seemed cranky and very focused on eating right away. As soon as their bellies were full they were coontent & happy. I think in order to be successful on any diet It’s much easier when you don’t constantly feel starving. Thank you NoOodle for filling me up with foods that are not only healthy & gluten free but also delicious!
